The interpersonal conflict I witnessed in the workplace this  workweek was between a  attracter and their  place.  The leader is always looking from feedback from her team and anyone in else our organization. The leader is  enkindle for others and is a good listener. She does not like to talk about weaknesses and most of her performance reviews only involve reviewing strengths. The subordinate   underside be demanding and is very willing to disclose all of the problems she sees   inwardly the team and organization. She is a very loyal employee and is dedicated to her job.
